Two Flooring Distributors Are Combining Forces

Tom Karol, CEO of T&L Distributing, one of the largest flooring distributors in the Southwest, announced that a Letter of Intent has been signed for E.J. Welch Company based in St. Louis, Missouri, to purchase a controlling interest in the company.
